 I recently had the privilege of having a session with Shauna. I wasn’t sure what to expect and how I would feel. I was even a bit nervous prior to my appointment. Shauna answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. She said the most important thing was to “accept the healing” which I repeated in my head to stay focused during the session. I will admit that I fell asleep during the session...which I’m told is very common. When I woke, I felt extremely calm, relaxed, clear minded and ready to tackle my day.
